Step 1

Install ABS tailgate cap

Pre-fit tailgate cap to ensure correct position.

Peel 3M tape from cap and apply firmly to tailgate

 

Step 2

Attach hanger brackets by removing the end cap of your rail system and sliding 2 of the provided bolts with the square plates into the rail.

Space them correctly so that the bolts fit through the hanger brackets.

Push the brackets firmly into the corner of the truck rails and tighten the bolts with the washers and provided lock nuts.

 

 

Step 3

Hang your canister as per step 2 of the install booklet

 

 

 

Step 4

To Attach your rails, slide three or four bolts with square plated head (depending on whether you have a double cab or extended cab truck) into the track.

Line them up with the holes on the rails and push bolts through the holes. Then slide the rail back until it touches the tailgate. Tighten the bolts accordingly in this position with washers and lock nuts.
